Such a great day
Today’s been such a great day. Slept long, played soccer at Ferd stadium, ran around Bygdøy (I think the beach season is officially on), had a huge salad for dinner and now late yoga at Skøyen. Also had the time to listen to some awesome tunes with Extension.fm and here’s a great song embedded with the best music player on the net. Beastie Boys - 07 - Too Many Rappers (Max Tannone...

My Personal Information System
How I stay on top of things is constantly evolving. I used to be a Google Reader addict, but at some point the number of unread items just became too high. Also, I felt that there was a lack of filtering, although the sharing feature is ok. I’m quite happy with the system I have now though. It has five lines of defense. 1. Twitter - Everything. Can’t get enough. Bookmarking items with...

Ways Newspapers Innovate
Currently newspapers mainly seem to be taking one of three approaches to innovation. 1. Internal R&D. The paper invests heavily in building up internal IT resources to both compete and integrate with companies, which are cannibalizing revenue streams. This is sort of the NYT approach and a recent example is their launch of The Scoop, a...
